Toblerone Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
  • 300F ml thickened cream .
  • 300F g Toblerone chocolate bars

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave.
  • Step #2 Melt in 30 second intervals & stir after each 30 seconds, even if it does not look like it needs it, give it a stir.
  • Step #3 Place cream In a large-ish bowl & beat until thick & well beaten.
  • Step #4 Do not under beat as you need the weight of the thick cream to ensure a good mousse.
  • Step #5 Place 2 spoonfuls of cream into the melted chocolate, stir until incorporated.
  • Step #6 Pour all the chocolate mixture into the cream & carefully fold through.
  • Step #7 Place spoonfuls into 6 small bowls or champagne glasses.
  • Step #8 Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hr.
  • Step #9 Top with a little extra cream & an extra toblerone triangle on each serving.
