Mitzutaki Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed) .
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (add to taste) .
  • 2 tbsps sliced white onions (or 1 T dry onion) .
  • 1/2 c oil (sesame or vegetable-can use less if add more of other liquids) .
  • 2 eggs (very soft boiled) .
  • 2 tbsps vinegar (ususally use rice vinegar) .
  • 1/2 c soy sauce .
  • 6 oz toasted sesame seeds or peanuts

Directions
  • Step #1 Put all in mixer & mix.
  • Step #2 Can store this in the fridge for several weeks.
  • Step #3 Serve with roasted vegtables & eggplant over brown rice.
