Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice .
  • 3/4 c seasoned dry bread crumbs .
  • 2 tsps worcestershire sauce .
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper .
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts .
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1 tsp paprika .
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional) .
  • 1/4 c sliced pecans .
  • 1 c sour cream .
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Rinse & dry chicken breasts.
  • Step #2 Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, & spices.
  • Step #3 Add chicken, coating each piece.
  • Step #4 Let stand, covered, overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Step #5 When ready to cook, remove coated chicken & roll in crumb/nut mixture, coating evenly.
  • Step #6 Arrange 4 breasts at a time in "circle fashion" in a shallow baking dish, thickest portion to outside.
  • Step #7 Cook on High power for 6 mins per lb, or until juices run clear.
