Green-eyed Monster Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 hamburger buns .
  • 1 1/4 oz onion soup mix (1 envelope) .
  • 1/2 c pickle juice .
  • 30-42 dill pickle slices .
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix pickle juice & onion soup mix; add ground beef & mix thoroughly.
  • Step #2 Divide into 12 thin patties.
  • Step #3 Arrange 5 to 7 dill pickle chips in the center of six patties; cover with remaining patties & seal edges well.
  • Step #4 Pan fry in non-stick fry pan or broil 5 to 6 mins on each side.
