Gingered Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 piece gingerroot, peeled & minced .
  • 1 tbsp green onions, minced .
  • 4 salmon fillets .
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt or other coarse salt .
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1 tbsp parsley, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
  • Step #2 Place salmon in 8-inch baking dish & set aside.
  • Step #3 In a small c or bowl mix together next 3 ingredients (garlic - soy sauce) & pour over salmon.
  • Step #4 Bake for 20 - 25 mins or until cooked through.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top with salt, parsley & green onion.
