• 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1/2 onion, sliced
• 1 (12 oz) bottle tomato-based chili sauce
• 2 tbsps olive oil
• 1 1/2 c water
• 1 tbsp chili powder

• Step #1 In a large skillet over med-heat/flame, cook onion & bell pepper in olive oil until soft.
• Step #2 Stir in beef & cook this until brown.
• Step #3 Sprinkle top chili powder over mixture & pour in chili sauce.
• Step #4 Fill empty bottle with water & shake to remove remaining sauce.
• Step #5 Pour remaining sauce & water into pan.
• Step #6 Stir in beans & let simmer 15 mins before serving.
