Hungarian Goulash Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 tsp salt .
1 (10 oz) can low-fat cream of celery soup .
1 c milk .
1 tbsp cornstarch .
1/4 tsp pepper .
1 (12 oz) package egg noodles, cooked & drained .
2 tsps fresh dill, minced .
1/4 tsp nutmeg .
1 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika .
1 c low-fat sour cream .
1 lb ground pork

Directions

Step #1 Heat oven to 350°F.
Step #2 Spray 9 x 13 casserole with cooking spray.
Step #3 Cover up 1 cookie sheet with foil wrap & spray with cooking spray.
Step #4 Combine pork, pepper, salt, & nutmeg in a bowl.
Step #5 Shape into 1 inch meat balls.
Step #6 Arrange on prepared cookie sheet.
Step #7 Bake 15 min in preheated 350F oven.
Step #8 Stir together Sour cream, cornstarch until smooth.
Step #9 Stir in celery soup, milk, Paprika.
Step #10 Spoon cooked noodles into casserole, arrange meatballs on top.
Step #11 Cover up with sauce.
Step #12 Bake 25 min at 350°F.
Step #13 Sprinkle top with fresh dill.
