Sarah's Chopped Apricot Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 tsp baking soda .
1 tsp vanilla .
1 c dried apricots, sliced .
2 tbsps milk .
1 3/4 c flour .
1 1/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed .
3/4 c butter or shortening .
1 c nuts, sliced .
1 tsp baking powder .
1/2 tsp salt .
1 egg

Directions

Step #1 Cream butter & shortening together, add egg, milk & vanilla.
Step #2 Sift in dry ingredients.
Step #3 Mix well.
Step #4 Stir in apricots & nuts.
Step #5 Bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 min.
