Chocolate Chunk Cookies (low Fat/low Calorie) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c whole wheat flour .
  • 1/2 c light brown sugar .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 2 egg whites .
  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate chunks .
  • 1/3 c Smart Balance light butter spread .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 c all-purpose flour .
  • 1/2 c quick-cooking oats .
  • 1 c Splenda granular .
  • 2 tbsps skim milk .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine sugars, eggs whites, butter, & vanilla til creamy.
  • Step #2 Combine the flours, soda, oats, & salt & add to butter mixture.
  • Step #3 Stir just until moistened -- do not overmix.
  • Step #4 Stir in chocolate pieces.
  • Step #5 Drop by rounded tspfuls, 2 inches apart on baking sheets that have been sprayed with nonstick spray.
  • Step #6 Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins or until the edges are lightly browned.
  • Step #7 Remove cookies to racks to cool.
