Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c white sugar
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 c butter, melted

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 300F degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter & cocoa.
  • Step #3 Press onto bottom & up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan.
  • Step #4 Set crust aside.
  • Step #5 Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Step #6 Gradually add sweetened condensed milk; beat well.
  • Step #7 Add vanilla & eggs, & beat on medium speed until smooth.
  • Step #8 Toss 1/3 of the miniature chocolate chips with the 1 tsp flour to coat (this keeps them from sinking to the bottom of the cake).
  • Step #9 Mix into cheese mixture.
  • Step #10 Pour into prepared crust.
  • Step #11 Sprinkle top top this with remaining chocolate chips.
  • Step #12 Bake at 300F degrees F (150 degrees C) for 1 hr.
  • Step #13 Turn off oven (do not open oven door) & leave the cake in the oven to cool in the oven for another hr.
  • Step #14 Remove from oven & cool completely.
  • Step #15 Refrigerate before removing sides of pan.
  • Step #16 Keep cake put in the fridged until time to serve.
