1/2 c grated cheddar cheese (or more if you'd like it cheesier) .
1 c sour cream .
salt & pepper .
1 lb ground beef .
8 oz egg noodles
Directions
Step #1 Brown beef & onion together.
Step #2 Cook noodles, drain & stir butter into hot noodles.
Step #3 Mix together sour cream, soup & seasonings.
Step #4 Alternate layers of noodles, & soup mixture(spread soup mixture as best you can, cheese, okay if it isn't evenly), beef mixture, in a greased 2 or 2 1/2 quart casserole.
