• 3/4 tsp dried thyme .

• 1 tsp ground coriander .

• 1/2 tsp ground cardamom .
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon .
• 1 bay leaf, crumbled

• Step #1 Crumble bay leaf.
• Step #2 I use a spice grinder for this but the recipe says to use a mixer so.
• Step #3 Mix together in mixer until it becomes a fine powder.
• Step #4 Store in small jar with tight fitting lid.
