- 1 tbsp ground cumin .
- 2 tbsps salt .
- 1/2 tsp allspice .
- 1/2 c mustard .
- 1 c white vinegar .
- 1 (15 1/2 oz) can peaches in heavy syrup .
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander .
- 1/2 tsp ginger .
- 2 tbsps paprika .
- 1/2 c dark corn syrup .
- 10 habanero peppers (seeded & sliced) .
- 1/2 c brown sugar
Directions
- Step #1 Place peppers, sugar, mustard, corn syrup, vinegar & peaches in mixer bowl.
- Step #2 pulse mixer 3-4 times.
- Step #3 add in the measured spices & liquefy.
- Step #4 pour this into quart jar & put in the fridge overnight before using.
