Whipped Butternut Squash Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c margarine .
  • 1 butternut squash .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1/2 c light sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Slice top off butternut squash.
  • Step #3 Place whole squash in baking & bake in preheated oven for 1 hr.
  • Step #4 Let squash cool.
  • Step #5 Cut in half to scoop out seeds & remove skin.
  • Step #6 Place skinned squash into food processor/blender with margarine & sour cream.
  • Step #7 Whip until smooth.
  • Step #8 Spice up with salt & pepper.
