Wonder Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 black olives .
  • 16 oz roma tomatoes, wedged .
  • 12 oz feta cheese, crumbled .
  • 12 pepperoncini peppers .
  • 6 oz mortadella, thinly sliced .
  • 16 oz roasted red peppers .
  • 12 oz provolone cheese, sliced .
  • 12 oz red onions, julienned .
  • 8 green olives .
  • 4 oz pepperoni, thinly sliced .
  • 16 oz Italian vinaigrette dressing .
  • 24 oz cucumbers, sliced & halved .
  • 80 oz romaine lettuce (or mix greens)

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the greens, onions, tomatoes, & cucumbers in a mixing bowl.
  • Step #2 Add the dressing & toss well.
  • Step #3 Mound onto a plate.
  • Step #4 Lay mortadella across one side of the salad & the pepperoni across the other.
  • Step #5 Spread sliced provolone over the top.
  • Step #6 Place roasted peppers over the provolone cheese.
  • Step #7 Place crumbled feta over the peppers.
  • Step #8 Place pepperoncini over the top.
  • Step #9 Place the black olives on each end of the plate & the green olives on the sides & serve.
