Wonder Salad Recipe

Ingredients

8 black olives .
16 oz roma tomatoes, wedged .
12 oz feta cheese, crumbled .
12 pepperoncini peppers .
6 oz mortadella, thinly sliced .
16 oz roasted red peppers .
12 oz provolone cheese, sliced .
12 oz red onions, julienned .
8 green olives .
4 oz pepperoni, thinly sliced .
16 oz Italian vinaigrette dressing .
24 oz cucumbers, sliced & halved .
80 oz romaine lettuce (or mix greens)

Directions

Step #1 Place the greens, onions, tomatoes, & cucumbers in a mixing bowl.
Step #2 Add the dressing & toss well.
Step #3 Mound onto a plate.
Step #4 Lay mortadella across one side of the salad & the pepperoni across the other.
Step #5 Spread sliced provolone over the top.
Step #6 Place roasted peppers over the provolone cheese.
Step #7 Place crumbled feta over the peppers.
Step #8 Place pepperoncini over the top.
Step #9 Place the black olives on each end of the plate & the green olives on the sides & serve.
