Step #1 In small bowl, brown sugar, mix tomato sauce, & mustard.
Step #2 Set aside.
Step #3 In large mixing bowl, ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, mix eggs, salt, & pepper.
Step #4 Add 1/2 c of tomato sauce mixture & stir thoroughly.
Step #5 Place meat mixture in glass ring mold, or 2-quart microwave-proof round casserole.
Step #6 Pour remaining sauce over top of meat.
Step #7 Cooked, uncovered, on high, 12 to 14 mins.
Step #8 Let stand, covered, 5 to 10 mins before serving.
