Pumpkin, Parmesan & Sage Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • extra parmesan cheese (to garnish) .
  • 2 tbsps parmesan cheese, grated .
  • 2 slices bacon, sliced & fried until crisp .
  • 2 tbsps sage or thyme, finely sliced .
  • 220 g cream cheese spread .
  • 1 c pumpkin, mashed (approx 350g raw)

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the cream cheese & pumpkin until smooth.
  • Step #2 Fold in the parmesan, sage & bacon.
  • Step #3 Chill for approx 1 hr & serve garnished with extra parmesan.
