• 4 lbs chuck or arm roast .
• 1 tsp seasoning salt .
• 1 (1 1/4 oz) box Lipton Onion Soup Mix (beef) .
• 1 (16 oz) bag baby carrots or 15 oz baby carrots .
• 1 dash garlic salt .
• 1 tsp pepper .
• 1 tsp salt .
• 6 medium potatoes (sliced)

• Step #1 Put roast in the crock pot.
• Step #2 Add all the ingredients.
• Step #3 Use just enough water to cover vegetables & roast.
• Step #4 Stir & cover.
• Step #5 Cook for 6 hrs on low.
• Step #6 Return & enjoy.
