Hamburger Goulash Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1-2 c mushrooms, sliced .
  • 1/2 c celery, sliced .
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup .
  • 1 pinch sea salt (optional) .
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef .
  • 1 medium maui onion, sliced .
  • 1/2 c peas .
  • 1-2 c low sodium beef broth .
  • 1/2 carrot, sliced .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 2 tbsps flour .
  • 1 pinch pepper (optional)

Directions
  • Step #1 Using medium pot, brown the ground beef until almost done.
  • Step #2 Add vegetables & stir fry until cooked but still crispy [add mushrooms last].
  • Step #3 Mix in soup & as much broth as needed to thin to your liking.
  • Step #4 Simmer for about 15 mins.
  • Step #5 Please note that the soup & broth are salty…taste before adding the sea salt.
