Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese .
  • 3 oz cream cheese .
  • 3/4 c 1% low-fat milk .
  • 1 c blueberries .
  • 6 tbsps egg substitute

Directions
  • Step #1 heat milk, sugar, & eggs in a double boiler until mixture coats spoonback.
  • Step #2 cool 20 min.
  • Step #3 beat in cream cheese.
  • Step #4 cool.
  • Step #5 stir in the blueberries.
  • Step #6 freeze in ice cream maker.
