Easy Crock Pot Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients

5 lbs stewing beef .
1 c powdered gravy mix .
4 large potatoes, cubed (I like to leave the skins on) .
1 c water .
2 c frozen corn .
1 medium onion, sliced .
4-5 large carrots, sliced .
2 (1 oz) packets Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions

Step #1 Combine ingredients in the order listed in a slow cooker (aka crockpot).
Step #2 Cook on low for approx 10 hrs or on high for 5 hrs.
Step #3 Stir ingredients half way through to mix items together.
Step #4 Serve with crackers or buttered bread.
