• 1 c onions, sliced .
• 3 garlic cloves, sliced .
• 1/2 tsp salt .
• 1 lb ground beef .
• 2 c mozzarella cheese .
• 1/2 tsp pepper .
• 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste .
• 8 oz lasagna noodles (uncooked) .
• 1 tbsp parsley .
• 16 oz ricotta cheese .
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce .
• 2 (4 oz) cans mushrooms .
• 4 c V8 vegetable juice

• Step #1 In a large saucepan brown ground beef, onion & garlic.
• Step #2 Stir in juice, tomato paste, mushroom, & seasonings.
• Step #3 Simmer 30 min, stirring every once in awhile (I put a splatter shield over my pan so that it will not make as big of a mess).
• Step #4 Pre-heat oven to 350.
• Step #5 In a 9x13 pan, meatsauce, layer half of each uncooked noodles, cheeses.
• Step #6 Repeat layers.
• Step #7 Cover up with foil wrap.
• Step #8 Bake 30 min Remove foil wrap, bake for 15 more min Let stand 15 min before serving.
