Light Easy Chicken And Stuffing Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 oz nonfat sour cream .
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans fat-free cream of mushroom soup .
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cubed .
  • 16 oz herb stuffing mix (I use Pepperidge farm) .
  • 1/2 c margarine .
  • 1 c low sodium chicken broth

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 & spray 13 x 9 baking dish with Pam.
  • Step #2 Combine cooked chicken, soup, & sour cream in large bowl.
  • Step #3 Transfer to baking dish & spread evenly.
  • Step #4 Melt margarine in chicken broth on stove or in microwave.
  • Step #5 Spread stuffing mix over chicken mixture in dish.
  • Step #6 Pour margarine broth mix over stuffing.
  • Step #7 Bake for 45-60 min.
