Mary's Yum Yum Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 c coconut .
2 1/2 c flour .
1/2 tsp salt .
1/2 c margarine .
1 (20 oz) can pineapples .
1/2 c nuts .
1 1/2 c sugar .
1 c sugar .
2 eggs, slightly beaten .
1 tsp baking soda .
3/4 c evaporated milk .
Frosting

Directions

Step #1 Mix all cake ingredients together.
Step #2 Bake in a greased & floured 9x13 pan for 35-40 min at 350 degrees.
Step #3 To make frosting: Add to sauce pan, margarine, sugar & evaporated milk.
Step #4 Bring to a boil & boil for approximately 5 min Remove from heat & stir in the coconut & nuts.
Step #5 Pour the frosting on the hot cake.
