Step #1 Lightly score edges of steak at 1 inch intervals.
Step #2 Preheat grill or broiler.
Step #3 Combine butter, W sauce, onion, parsley, pepper & mustard in a small saucepan.
Step #4 Heat, over low heat/flame, stirring continually, until butter melts.
Step #5 Reserve 1/4 of the mixture.
Step #6 Place steak on grill or broiler pan.
Step #7 Brush steak with butter mixture.
Step #8 Cook, basting frequently with butter mixture, about 6 mins per side for medium.
Step #9 Place steak on a serving platter.
Step #10 Cut thin slices across the grain.
Step #11 Drizzle reserved butter mixture over steak.
