Eggless Butterscotch Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 3/8 tsp salt .
  • 3 c milk .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 4 1/2 tbsps cornstarch .
  • 3/4 c brown sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Scald the milk until almost boiling.
  • Step #2 Mix brown sugar, corn starch, salt in a bowl.
  • Step #3 slowly stir part of scalded milk into dry ingredients.
  • Step #4 Stir back into remaining milk & cook over low heat/flame until it starts to thicken up.
  • Step #5 Remove from heat.
  • Step #6 Stir in butter & vanilla.
  • Step #7 Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
  • Step #8 Keep put in the fridged.
  • Step #9 Can be served warm or cold.
