Ingredients
3 tbsps sorghum molasses .
1 (12 oz) can mushrooms .
1 (12 oz) can bean sprouts .
2 lbs pork shoulder .
4 tbsps flour .
2 c sliced celery .
2 c sliced onions .
4 tsps salt .
1 (12 oz) can chop suey vegetables .
4 tsps soy sauce .
1/4 tsp pepper .
1 c vegetable oil
Directions
Step #1 Brown meat in vegetable oil & add water.
Step #2 Cover up & cook over low flame for 15 mins.
Step #3 Add the celery & onions.
Step #4 Cook 15 more mins.
Step #5 Add your remaining vegetables.
Step #6 Combine 4 Tablespoons of flour with water.
Step #7 Slowly stir in theto mixture using a fork or a whisk.
Step #8 Bring to a boiling point & reduce heat to medium low.
Step #9 Simmer Chop Suey for another 10 mins or so.
Step #10 Serve & enjoy.
