Peanut Buttery Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • M&M's (optional) .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 2/3 c evaporated milk .
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme .
  • 2 1/2 c sugar .
  • 3/4 c butter .
  • 1 1/2 c creamy peanut butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine sugar, milk, butter, & salt in a pan on the stove top.
  • Step #2 Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
  • Step #3 Once it comes to the rolling boil, reduce to medium heat & stir constantly for approximately 5 mins.
  • Step #4 Your candy thermometer should read 238 degrees which is the soft ball stage.
  • Step #5 ***This is very important***.
  • Step #6 Remove from heat, stir in the peanut butter.
  • Step #7 Add marshmallow creme & vanilla.
  • Step #8 Stir until well mixed.
  • Step #9 Optional - if you want to add M & M's, this is the time.
  • Step #10 Spread in a 9 X 13-inch baking pan.
  • Step #11 Cool.
  • Step #12 Cut.
  • Step #13 **Cooking time does not include cooling time.
