Ingredients
  • 1 large banana, sliced .
  • 6 oz light non-dairy whipped topping .
  • 2 c canned pineapple, drained .
  • 2 c water, divided .
  • 6 oz sugar-free strawberry gelatin

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix strawberry-banana gelatin according to package directions.
  • Step #2 Let set in the icebox until almost set (jelled), but not quite (about 1 to 1-1/2 hrs).
  • Step #3 Add the pineapple to your gelatin.
  • Step #4 Now, peel & slice your banana in your jello & mix.
  • Step #5 Add 6 oz of nondairy whipped topping (about 3/4 of a container)to your jello & fold.
  • Step #6 Return jello mixture to your icebox & let it finish setting up.
