Chocolate Banana Pops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps multi-colored candy sprinkles .
  • 12 wooden pop sticks .
  • 8 oz baker's semisweet baking chocolate .
  • 1/3 c butter or margarine .
  • 6 medium bananas

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut bananas in half crosswise.
  • Step #2 Insert pop stick into cut end of banana half.
  • Step #3 Place on tray; cover.
  • Step #4 Freeze 3 hrs or until firm.
  • Step #5 Microwave chocolate & butter in small microwavable bowl on high 1-1/2 to 2 mins or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min.
  • Step #6 Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Step #7 Pour into tall glass.
  • Step #8 Dip frozen bananas into chocolate mixture, turing to evenly coat.
  • Step #9 Immediately roll in sprinkles.
  • Step #10 Place on wax paper-covered tray.
  • Step #11 Serve as soon as possible.
  • Step #12 Cover up leftover pops & store this in freezer.
