Pasta With Fresh Fruits And Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, freshly squeezed .
  • chocolate shavings .
  • 1 1/2 c melon balls (cantaloupe & honeydew) .
  • 1/2 c bourbon or orange liqueur .
  • 2 c plain yogurt .
  • 1 c fresh orange juice, freshly squeezed .
  • 12 oz tubetti (or very small macaroni) .
  • honey .
  • 2 c mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or strawberries) .
  • 2 c fruit (kiki, figs, mango grapes, etc) .
  • mint leaves .
  • 1/4 c pecans, coarsly sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all fruits In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #2 Drizzle with honey to taste.
  • Step #3 Pour orange an lemon juices & liquor over fruit.
  • Step #4 Cover up & chill at least 3 hrs.
  • Step #5 Cook pasta in 3 qts boiling water until al dente.
  • Step #6 Drain & rinse in cold water.
  • Step #7 ool to room temperture, stiring every once in awhile to keep from sticking.
  • Step #8 Stir 1/4C honeyinto yogurt & toss with the pasta.
  • Step #9 Chill at least 25 mins before serving.
  • Step #10 To serve place pasta in a mound in the center of a platter & surround with fruits.
  • Step #11 Sprinkle top with chocolate shavings & garnish with mint leaves.
