• 1/2 c fresh parsley, sliced .
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper .
• 4 fresh parsley sprigs (to garnish) (optional) .
• 1 1/2 lbs shrimp (Florida shrimp, peeled & deveined) .
• 2 tbsps lemon juice .
• 1/2 c green onions, thinly sliced .
• 4 tbsps garlic, minced .
• 1/2 c butter .
• 1/4 c dry white wine .
• 4 lemon slices (to garnish) (optional)

• Step #1 Rinse Florida shrimp & set aside.
• Step #2 Heat butter in large skillet over med-heat/flame.
• Step #3 Add garlic & cook 1 to 2 mins or until softened but not browned.
• Step #4 Add Florida shrimp, wine & lemon juice; cook this until shrimp are pink & firm, green onions, about 1 to 2 mins on each side.
• Step #5 Add sliced parsley & pepper before serving.
• Step #6 Garnish with lemon slices & parsley sprigs if desired.
