Ingredients
  • 1 c Milk
  • 3 tb Butter
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 lb Tart apples
  • 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
  • 1 c Flour
  • 4 tb Sugar
  • 1/4 ts Grated nutmeg
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Tb

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter in 12 frying pan in 450 degree oven.
  • Step #2 In mixer mix together eggs, milk, flour & salt until smooth.
  • Step #3 Pour batter into Hot pan.
  • Step #4 Return to oven & bake About 10 mins.
  • Step #5 Pancake will puff up & get large bubbles.
  • Step #6 Pierce with a fork.
  • Step #7 While pancake is baking, melt 2 tbsps butter in frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Step #8 Add apples & saute until soft add sugar, nutmeg & cinnamon.
  • Step #9 Saute about 4 mins.
  • Step #10 When pancake is cooked, remove this from oven.
  • Step #11 Spoon apple topping over center.
  • Step #12 Slice into wedges to serve.
  • Step #13 Either Sprinkle top on maple syrup or sugar & serve this with lemon wedges to squeeze over slices.
  • Step #14 Approximately 15-18 mins.
