Ingredients
  • 1 Red onion; cut into 8 wedges
  • Stoned prunes; halved
  • Ready made barbecue sauce for brushing
  • 8 Chipolata sausages
  • 8 Rashers rinded streaky bacon

Directions
  • Step #1 Roll up the rashers of bacon.
  • Step #2 (If you like you can wrap them round the stoned prunes.
  • Step #3 ) Bend the chipolata sausages in half.
  • Step #4 Thread onto four skewers.
  • Step #5 Grill or barbecue or cook in the oven until nicely cooked, but not burnt.
  • Step #6 Brush with barbecue sauce just before serving.
