Chicken Thighs In Cranberry Wine Sauce And Cranberry Snap Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 Handfuls cornflakes; crushed
  • 8 Chicken thighs
  • 3 tb Sesame seeds
  • 3 tb Cooking oil
  • Salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Pre-heat the oven to 180?C/350?F/gas mark 4 Skin the chicken thighs & brush them lightly with oil.
  • Step #2 Mix the crushed cornflakes and sesame seeds together & roll the chicken thighs in this mixture to coat them thoroughly.
  • Step #3 Put the coated chicken thighs on to a greased baking sheet & Sprinkle top with a little salt.
  • Step #4 Bake in the oven for about 25 mins or until cooked through & crisp.
  • Step #5 Serve hot.
