Ingredients
  • Spoonful plain yogurt or creme; ?for topping fraiche
  • 1/2 c Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 5 1/2 c Cubed honeydew melon
  • Juice & grated zest of 1 lime
  • 8 Mint leaves; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixer mix melon, orange juice, lime juice & zest and half of mint leaves.
  • Step #2 Process until smooth & mixed.
  • Step #3 pour this into a chilled bowl & top this with yogurt.
  • Step #4 Serve as soon as possible, Sprinkle topd with remaining mint.
