1 c Onion; sliced
2 tb Fresh ginger root; sliced
1 c Water
2 tb Sugar
3 lb Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/2 c Soy sauce; low sodium
1 Clove garlic; sliced
Directions
Step #1 Place 1/2 c sliced onion in bottom of crockpot liner.
Step #2 Add chicken.
Step #3 Be sure to remove ALL visable fat! mix water, sliced ginger, soy sauce, sugar & garlic.
Step #4 Pour over all.
Step #5 Add the other 1/2 c sliced onion.
Step #6 Cover & cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs.
