Ingredients
  • 1 c Onion; sliced
  • 2 tb Fresh ginger root; sliced
  • 1 c Water
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 3 lb Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 c Soy sauce; low sodium
  • 1 Clove garlic; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Place 1/2 c sliced onion in bottom of crockpot liner.
  • Step #2 Add chicken.
  • Step #3 Be sure to remove ALL visable fat! mix water, sliced ginger, soy sauce, sugar & garlic.
  • Step #4 Pour over all.
  • Step #5 Add the other 1/2 c sliced onion.
  • Step #6 Cover & cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs.
  • Step #7 NOTES : Cal 291.
