Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz White chocolate; finely sliced
  • 2 tb Dark chocolate; finely sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Line a baking tray with parchment paper & set aside.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler over hot water, making sure that the water does not touch the bottom of the pan holding the chocolate.
  • Step #5 Whisk until smooth.
  • Step #6 Using a thin metal spatula, spread the chocolate into a 10 inch square on the baking tray.

  • Step #8 Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler over hot water, making sure the water does not touch the bottom of the pan holding the chocolate.
  • Step #9 Whisk until smooth.

  • Step #11 With a spoon or fork, drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the white chocolate.
  • Step #12 Swirl the dark chocolate into the white chocolate, using the blunt end of a skewer or toothpick.
  • Step #13 5.
  • Step #14 Let the chocolate brittle set at about room temp for 2 to 3 hr.
  • Step #15 Peel the parchment paper off the brittle & break the brittle into desired shapes & sizes.
  • Step #16 The brittle will keep for several days.
  • Step #17 Store at about room temp.
