Chocolate Mousse Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 3 8 oz. packages semisweet chocolate squares
  • 2 c Whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 c Butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c Bourbon
  • 1 c Strong brewed coffee

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over low heat/flame, stirring until smooth.
  • Step #2 Cool.
  • Step #3 Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream.
  • Step #4 Spoon mousse into a plastic wrap-lined 9x5 inch loaf-pan.
  • Step #5 Freeze 8 hrs.
  • Step #6 Invert onto a plate; remove plastic wrap.
  • Step #7 Decorate with ribbon & a rose to resemble a wrapped package.
  • Step #8 store this in refrigerator; serve this with extra whipped cream, if desired.
  • Step #9 Yield: 10 servings Prep: 20 min.
  • Step #10 Cook: 5 min.
  • Step #11 Freeze: 8 hrs.
