Chops On A Stick And Rosemary Grilled New Potato Kebabs Recipe

Ingredients
  • sliced parsley for garnish.
  • 4 sl Swiss cheese or any mild cheese
  • 1/4 lb Sliced mushrooms
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Pork gravy
  • 2 pk Southern style biscuits
  • 4 lg Center-cut pork chops; boneless or bone-in

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 In a large, heavy skillet, melt 3 tbsps olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Step #3 Spice up the chops with salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Brown the chops on both sides for 5 mins.
  • Step #5 2.
  • Step #6 While the chops are browning, stack two biscuits on top of each other, & dust lightly with flour.
  • Step #7 Roll the biscuits out until 1/8 inch thick.
  • Step #8 Repeat with 14 more biscuits, two at a time.
  • Step #9 3.
  • Step #10 Place a chop on top of one biscuit patty with the rib bone sticking out (if applicable).
  • Step #11 Top the chop with sliced mushrooms and a slice of swiss cheese.
  • Step #12 Place another rolled out biscuit on top of the mushrooms.
  • Step #13 Sprinkle top the outer edge of the bottom biscuit with milk & seal the two together using your thumbs or a fork.
  • Step #14 4.
  • Step #15 Bake in the oven at 400F degrees for approximately 15 mins, or until the biscuit tops are golden brown.
  • Step #16 Serve as soon as possible topped with brown gravy & sliced parsley.
