Step #1 FOR FILLING--- 1/2 c Cream cheese 1/4 c Pureed banana 1 tb Godiva liqueur 1 tb Coconut milk Crepe: 1) mix all crepe ingredients in a bowl & whip with a wire whisk until smooth.
Step #2 2) Heat a non-stick saute pan & spray with a non-stick coating.
Step #3 3) Add just enough batter to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.
Step #4 4) Cook about 1 min until light brown, then flip over & cook the other side.
Step #5 Filling: 1) mix all ingredients & mix until smooth.
Step #6 2) Place 2 Tbsp of filling into the center of the crepe & fold.
Step #7 3) Heat in the oven or microwave just until warm & serve this with maple syrup & powdered sugar.
