2 tb Rum
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 c Sour cream
2 tb Sliced almonds or hazelnuts
3 lg Ripe nectarines, peaches or plums
Directions
Step #1 Cut fruit into halves & remove pits.
Step #2 (Peel nectarines or peaches, if using.
Step #3 ) Arrange, cut-side up, in 9 inch lightly buttered pie plate or 6 individual ovenproof dishes.
Step #4 Sprinkle top with rum.
Step #5 Spoon sour cream over fruit.
Step #6 Sprinkle top with sugar & nuts.
Step #7 Bake in 350?F oven for about 20 mins or until sugar melts & nuts brown lightly.
Step #8 Serve hot.
Step #9 Makes 6 servings.
