Ingredients
  • 1 ts Paprika
  • 1 pk Frozen cream style corn
  • 1/4 c Flour
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 1 qt Milk
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Rib celery
  • 2 Sliced potatoes

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter in large pot & saute onion & celery until softened.
  • Step #2 mix in flour.
  • Step #3 cook this until bubbly.
  • Step #4 Add milk.
  • Step #5 Bring to boil.
  • Step #6 Stir every once in awhile until thickened.
  • Step #7 Add corn & potatoes.
  • Step #8 Simmer 6 mins.
  • Step #9 Add cheese.
  • Step #10 Mix well.
  • Step #11 Spice up to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Step #12 Approximately 10-12 mins.
