Ingredients
  • 1 tb Finely-sliced red onion
  • 2 md Tomatillos; husked, and coarsely sliced
  • 2 tb Coarsely-sliced cilantro
  • 1/2 ts Honey
  • 1 c Roasted corn kernels
  • Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
  • Salt; to taste
  • 2 tb Fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 ts Minced jalapeno

Directions
  • Step #1 mix the corn, tomatillos, jalapeno, lime juice, onion, cilantro & honey in a bowl & Spice up to taste with salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 This recipe yields about 2 1/2 c of salsa.
