Step #2 Spray 1 large or 2 small cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.

Step #11 Place rectangles on wire racks; cool 5 mins 5) Wipe cookie sheet clean.
Step #12 With serrated knife, cut each rectangle into 1/2 inch slices; place, cut side up, on the cookie sheet.
Step #13 6) bake this at 350F for 6-8 mins or until top surface is slightly dry.
Step #14 Turn cookies over; bake an extra 6-8 min or until top surface is slightly dry.
Step #15 Remove cookies from the sheets; cool completely on wire racks.
Step #16 7) In small bowl, mix all glaze ingredients, adding enough milk for desired drizzling consistency.
Step #17 Drizzle over cookies.
Step #18 let this stand until glaze is set.
