Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c Orange juice
  • 8 oz Crushed pineapple; undrained
  • 6 oz Raspberry-flavored gelatin
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • Mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 3/4 c Boiling water
  • 1/2 c sliced walnuts
  • 1 16 oz ca jellied cranberry sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Step #2 Break up & stir in the cranberry sauce.
  • Step #3 Add pineapple, orange juice & lemon juice.
  • Step #4 Chill until partially set.
  • Step #5 stir in the nuts.
  • Step #6 pour this into an 11x7x2" dish.
  • Step #7 Chill until firm.
  • Step #8 Cut into squares; serve each on a lettuce leaf & top with a dollop of mayonnaise.
  • Step #9 Serves: 12.
