Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Basil
  • 14 1/2 oz Crushed tomatoes
  • 8 oz Fat-free cheddar cheese; shredded
  • 1/2 c Bell peppers; sliced
  • 2 Cloves garlic; minced
  • 8 oz Fat-free mozzarella cheese; shredded
  • 1 ts Italian Spice uping
  • 6 oz Tomato paste
  • 1 lb Ground chicken breast; skinless
  • 1 c Fat-free sour cream
  • 1 c Onions; sliced
  • 1/2 ts Oregano
  • 1/2 ts Olive oil
  • 16 oz Reduced fat crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Black pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 350.
  • Step #2 Prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  • Step #3 In a skillet, heat oil over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #4 Add chicken, onions, bell peppers, & garlic.
  • Step #5 cook this until no pink remains in chicken and vegetables are tender.
  • Step #6 stir this tomato paste, basil, salt, oregano, crushed tomatoes, & black pepper.
  • Step #7 Simmer.
  • Step #8 pour this into prepared pan.
  • Step #9 Top with cheeses.
  • Step #10 In a small bowl, mix sour cream & Italian Spice uping.
  • Step #11 Roll each triangle flat, slightly enlarging.
  • Step #12 Spread one tsp of sour cream mixture in each triangle.
  • Step #13 Roll up as directed on package.
  • Step #14 Place on top of cheese.
  • Step #15 Bake for 30 mins.
