Step #1 --FILLING----- 1 400F g can cherry tomatoes 2 tb Basil leaves 2 tb Sun dried tomato puree 1 400F g can canellini beans; -drained & rinsed 1 400F g can borlotti beans; -drained & rinsed 1 ts Brown sugar Freshly ground black pepper Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas 6.
Step #2 Lightly grease a non-stick baking tray.
Step #3 Make up the pizza dough as instructed on the packets, adding the garlic & parsley.
Step #4 Roll out the pizza into a 30cm round & place on the baking tray.
Step #5 In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients together & spoon over half of the dough.
Step #6 Wet the edges of the dough with water and fold over to form a large turnover.
Step #7 Dust the calzone lightly with flour & bake in the oven for approximately 25-30 mins or until golden, cooked & crisp.
