7 Grain Vegetable & Brown Rice Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Ground sage
  • 1 ts Garlic powder
  • 1 c Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal
  • 2 c Soy milk
  • 3/4 c AM Wheatgerm
  • 2 c Raw cashew nuts
  • 1 ts Onion powder
  • 4 tb AM Canola Oil
  • 1/2 ts Thyme
  • 4 tb Minced parsley
  • 1/2 ts Ground celery seed
  • 2 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 Box AM Quick Brown Rice -, cooked
  • 1 ts Sea salt
  • 1 lg Onion; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Chop the nuts fine, or run through a food grinder.
  • Step #2 Add the remaining ingredients & mix well.
  • Step #3 place this in a baking dish & bake this at 350 F.
  • Step #4 uncovered for 1 hr or until done.
  • Step #5 serve this with favorite gravy.
