  • Step #1 1 lb Ground beef 1 Onion finely minced 1 Green pepper finely minced 1 ts Clove garlic finely minced 1/2 ts Ground coriander seed Salt & pepper to taste Knead together the beef, pepper, onion, garlic & salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 let this stand 30 mins to mix flavors.
  • Step #3 Form into 16 oval balls.
  • Step #4 String 4 on skewers alternating with a onion quarter, green pepper quarter & cherry tomato on each skewer.
  • Step #5 Grill about 5 mins until browned, turn & grill other side.
  • Step #6 Served with spiced brown rice and a large piece of the flat Afghan bread.
